AniView Phoenix DXA Multimodality In Vivo Imaging System

Product Introduction

This is a full-spectrum and multimodal animal in-vivo imaging system, which combine full-spectrum imaging with dual-energy X-ray imaging. Available imaging wavelength covers from 400nm to 1700nm, fulfilling diverse experiment requirements. Dual-energy X-ray uses low-energy and high-energy X-ray to capture two separate images. Depending on the mass attenuation coefficients in the different tissues, the acquired data can be managed and exported into images containing only soft tissues or bones. More importantly, Dual-energy X-ray data can finish bone density calculation or body composition analysis.

Product Features:

Full-spectrum Imaging

The system adopts a dual camera design. The scientific grade cooled CCD camera is used for visible light imaging, and the low-temperature InGaAs camera can perform NIR-II imaging. So it can achieve full spectrum imaging (from 400 to 1700nm).

Extremely High Detection Sensitivity

The system is equipped with a cooling cycle system, which can cool down CCD and InGaAs cameras to low temperatures, greatly reducing the dark current noise. At the same time, they both have super high quantum efficiency, and improve detection sensitivity in the visible light and NIR-II regions.

Multiple Excitation Light Sources

The system can be equipped with LED and laser simultaneously to achieve excitation for visible light fluorescence, NIR-I fluorescence, and NIR-II fluorescence. High-power LED light sources have longer service lifespan and stronger stability, while laser light sources are powerful for excitation of probes in deep tissue.

Spectral Unmixing

The system employs up to 20 excitation light sources and 18 emission filters. The numerous narrow-band filters, combined with sophisticated spectral separation algorithms, can subtract the background of autofluorescence and separate multiple fluorescent materials, enabling automatic differentiation of markers and independent intensity calculation of each marker.

Dual Energy X-ray Imaging Module

Adjustable X-ray tube power and the flat-panel scanning detector for high-resolution dual-energy imaging, easily realize big FOV imaging, suitable for whole body composition analysis and bone densitycalculation. X-ray image can be merged with optical image, enabling users to recognize the preciseposition of optical signal without dissection.
