Product Introduction
This is a multimodal animal in-vivo imaging system, which combine optical imaging with dual-energy X-ray imaging. Dual-energy X-ray uses low-energy and high-energy X-ray to capture two separate images. Depending on the mass attenuation coefficients in the different tissues, the acquired data can be decomposed into images containing only soft tissues or bones. More importantly, Dual-energy X-ray data can be used to finish bone density calculation or body composition analysis.
In optical imaging module, Aniview DXA also has high sensitivity for capturing low signal and sufficient excitation and emission channels for dyes requirements.
Product Features
High Sensitivity
The system utilizes a depth-cooled CCD camera with extremely low dark current, coupled with a fixed-focus lens with a large F0.95 aperture and a highly transmissive filter, which greatly enhances its detection sensitivity.
Powerful Fluorescence Imaging Capabilities
The system utilizes a filter wheel with more holes, which greatly enhance the number of emission filters loaded, allowing for spectral separation capabilities for fluorescence imaging.
Excellent X-ray imaging capability
The system adopts X-ray beams with different intensity settings, which can distinguish soft tissues and bones more accurately. Using line array flat panel detector enables the same X-ray imaging field of view as optical imaging, realizing X-ray and optical image overlay.
